No. Digital products (such as files, software, online courses) cannot be returned after download or access, unless there is a technical issue caused by the vendor and they are unable to fix it.
Every vendor has their own store page showing their products and customer ratings. We recommend reading reviews before purchasing. All vendors must follow Mallitys quality standards.
Currently, Mallitys focuses on the local market. However, digital products can be purchased from anywhere in the world. International shipping for physical products will be added in the future.
We use a unified delivery system with our courier partner. Your order is synced automatically, and shipping costs are shown before checkout. Most orders placed during working hours are delivered the same day.

Yes, direct communication between vendors and customers is allowed to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Your prices on Mallitys are expected to be lower than your prices outside the platform, creating real value for customers.
We maintain a fair environment for everyone. If a policy violation is confirmed (e.g., counterfeit products, repeated shipping delays):
A warning is issued first.
Temporary suspension may follow.
In serious cases, the account may be closed.
Immediately. When the customer pays cash on delivery, our delivery partner will deduct their shipping fee and Mallitys commission, then give you the remaining amount in cash at the same time.
Shipping costs are added to the product price or shown as a separate fee at checkout. You will see the total cost (product + shipping) clearly before completing payment. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
In some cases (e.g., special offers or bulk orders), Mallitys may offer free shipping – this will be clearly displayed during checkout.
If the product is defective or damaged:Â Mallitys covers the return shipping cost. The vendor is responsible for replacement or refund.
