2. Definitions
“Customer” means a user who buys products on Mallitys.
“Vendor” means a user who sells products on Mallitys.
“Platform” means Mallitys website and related services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register as a vendor. Customers of any age may use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may not share your account with others.
Mallitys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. For Customers
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You agree to pay for all products you purchase.
You may not attempt to defraud vendors or the platform.

6. For Vendors
You agree to provide accurate product descriptions and prices.
You agree to fulfill orders promptly and professionally.
You agree that your prices on Mallitys will be lower than your prices outside the platform.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the products you sell.
Mallitys charges a commission on each sale. No monthly fees apply unless otherwise communicated.

7. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited:
Selling counterfeit or illegal products.
Fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse.
Harassing customers or other vendors.
Manipulating reviews or ratings.
Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform.
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.
8. Payments and Payouts
Customers:Â Payment is processed via digital wallets. Physical products are paid on delivery. Digital products are paid in advance.
Vendors:Â Earnings are transferred every 14 days, provided the balance is at least $50 USD.
9. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a customer and a vendor, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it directly. If unsuccessful, Mallitys support may mediate. Legal action is a last resort.
10. Delivery
Mallitys handles all deliveries through a unified courier partner. Delivery times and costs are shown before checkout.

Orders placed after working hours: Next business day delivery

Mallitys is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, weather, traffic, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mallitys is a platform connecting customers and vendors. We are not directly responsible for product quality or vendor behavior beyond what is stated in these terms.
However, Mallitys handles all deliveries through our unified courier partner. While we strive for on-time delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
