1. Overview
This page explains how vendors receive their earnings from sales on Mallitys.
Because Mallitys uses Cash on Delivery (COD) as the main payment method, our delivery partner handles all cash collection and distribution.
2. How Payouts Work (Step by Step)
When a customer buys a product from your store and pays cash upon delivery:

4. When Do You Receive Your Money?

| Digital product (paid in advance) | According to agreed schedule (every 14 days or monthly) |
5. Minimum Withdrawal (For Digital Products Only)
This section applies only to digital products or cases where payment was not collected by the delivery partner.
Minimum withdrawal amount:Â $50 USD
If your balance is below $50, it will be carried over to the next month
- For physical products paid via COD, there is no minimum – you are paid immediately.
6. How Mallitys Receives Its Commission
Mallitys does not take commission from you directly. Our delivery partner:
Collects the full amount from the customer
Deducts our commission (e.g., 20%)
Sends our total commission to Mallitys weekly or monthly (based on our agreement with them)
You do not need to send any money to Mallitys.
7. Payment Methods for You (as a Vendor)

For digital products or special cases, Mallitys will contact you personally or via email to arrange the payment method.

For COD sales:Â You are paid immediately in cash. Keep records of each payment you receive from the delivery driver.
For digital products:Â You will receive payment on a scheduled basis (every 14 days or monthly).
Disputes:Â If a customer returns a product, the delivery partner will handle the refund. Your commission will be adjusted accordingly.
10. What If You Don't Receive Your Payment?
If you delivered a product but the delivery driver did not pay you:
Check the order status in your Vendor Dashboard
Contact Mallitys support immediately
Do not argue with the driver on the spot – report the issue to us
We will investigate with our delivery partner.
