1. Introduction

Welcome to Mallitys. These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and activity as a vendor on the Mallitys platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register as a vendor.

2. Eligibility
  • To register as a vendor on Mallitys, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old.

    • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

    • Have the legal authority to sell the products you list.

3. Vendor Registration
  • When you register as a vendor, you must provide:

    • Valid email address and username.

    • Store name (must be unique).

    • Store phone number and physical address.

    • Other information required by Mallitys.

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Store Page

Every vendor receives a dedicated store page on Mallitys. You may customize your store page within the limits provided by the platform. Your store URL will follow the format:

mallitys.com/store/your-store-name

You are responsible for the content displayed on your store page, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.

5. Pricing Commitment

As a vendor on Mallitys, you agree that:

  • Your product prices on Mallitys will be lower than your prices outside the platform.

  • This ensures that customers receive real value when shopping on Mallitys.

Violation of this pricing commitment may result in a warning or suspension.

6. Product Listings
  • You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, clear, and honest product descriptions.

    • Use genuine product images (no stock photos that misrepresent the product).

    • Not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items.

    • Not list digital products without disclosing they are non-returnable.

    Mallitys reserves the right to remove any product listing that violates these Terms.

7. Fees and Commissions
7.1 Commission

Mallitys charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. The commission rate will be communicated to you during registration and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

7.2 No Monthly Fees

Currently, there are no monthly fees. Mallitys may introduce monthly fees in the future if your store achieves significant sales and traffic. You will be notified in advance.

7.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your sales.

8. Payouts and Withdrawals
8.1 Payout Schedule

Your earnings are transferred to your digital wallet every 14 days.

8.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USD. If your balance is below this amount, it will roll over to the next payout cycle.

8.3 Payment Method

Payments are made via digital wallets (e.g., PayPal or others as supported by Mallitys).

8.4 Incorrect Payments

If you believe there is an error in your payout, you must contact Mallitys support within 15 days.

9. Shipping and Fulfillment

Mallitys uses a unified delivery system through a partnered courier. Vendors do not arrange their own shipping.

Your responsibilities:

  • Have products ready for pickup within 1–2 hours of receiving an order (during working hours).

  • Ensure products are properly packaged.

  • Notify Mallitys immediately if you cannot fulfill an order.

Failure to comply:

  • First violation: Warning

  • Repeated violations: Temporary suspension or account closure

10. Commission Deduction at Delivery

Mallitys charges a commission on each sale (e.g., 20% of the product price). This commission is deducted automatically by our delivery partner at the time of delivery.

When a customer pays cash on delivery:

  • The delivery partner collects the full amount (product price + shipping fee)

  • The delivery partner gives you 80% of the product price (after deducting Mallitys commission)

  • The delivery partner keeps the shipping fee and Mallitys commission

Example: Product price $10, shipping $1, commission 20% ($2)

  • Customer pays: $11

  • You receive: $8

  • Delivery partner keeps: $1 (shipping) + $2 (Mallitys commission)

11. Returns and Refunds
11.1 Defective or Damaged Products

If a product has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, you must:

  • Replace or repair the product at your own cost.

  • Cover return shipping costs.

11.2 Customer Changed Their Mind

If the customer returns a product without any defect, they pay return shipping. You may charge a restocking fee if clearly stated on your store page.

11.3 Digital Products

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a technical issue caused by you that you cannot fix.

11.4 Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the customer’s original digital wallet after the returned product is received (for physical products).

12. Customer Communication
  • Mallitys allows direct communication between vendors and customers. You agree to:

    • Respond to customer inquiries within 2 business days.

    • Be polite and professional.

    • Not harass, spam, or mislead customers.

    • Not take transactions off the platform.

    Taking transactions off the platform is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure.

13. Prohibited Activities
  • The following are strictly prohibited:

    • Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products.

    • Listing products that violate intellectual property rights.

    • Manipulating reviews or ratings.

    • Sharing customer data with third parties.

    • Using the platform for money laundering or fraud.

    • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform.

14. Violations and Penalties

If you violate these Terms, Mallitys may take one or more of the following actions:

Mallitys reserves the right to withhold earnings if fraud or illegal activity is suspected.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

Mallitys may suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You provide false information.

  • You fail to fulfill orders consistently.

  • You receive excessive customer complaints.

You may also close your vendor account voluntarily by contacting support. Any unpaid earnings will be paid out according to the standard schedule, minus any fees or penalties.

16. Dispute Resolution
  • 16.1 Between Vendor and Customer

    If a dispute arises with a customer, you must first attempt to resolve it directly. If unsuccessful, Mallitys support may mediate.

    16.2 Between Vendor and Mallitys

    Any dispute between you and Mallitys shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be handled according to the laws of [Your Country/State].

17. Limitation of Liability

Mallitys provides a platform connecting vendors and customers. We are not directly responsible for:

  • Product quality or safety.

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers.

  • Customer behavior.

However, we will intervene when necessary to ensure fairness.

18. Changes to These Terms

Mallitys may update these Vendor Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
